What the form collects
Your name, email, phone number, province, enquiry topic, timeline, optional message and contact consent are saved when you submit. The page source and selected campaign attribution parameters are also saved to understand how enquiries reach us. A rotating hash of your connection address helps limit spam; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry database.
How your request is used
Akal Elevate Mortgages uses these details to respond to your enquiry. Submitting this form does not authorize a credit check or sign you up for marketing. Please do not enter a Social Insurance Number, bank account details or financial documents.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. The website runs on Sites hosting with a Cloudflare D1 database. When email delivery is configured, Resend processes enquiry details to send a notification to info@elevatemortgages.co. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic; its verification token is checked by our server and is not saved with your enquiry. A GoHighLevel connection may be used to organize and follow up on enquiries once configured; the enquiry is not a marketing subscription. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your province or Canada. Access should be limited to people supporting your enquiry.

Contact info@elevatemortgages.co to ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing contact consent. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or business requirements.
Privacy requests and records
Send privacy questions to info@elevatemortgages.co, addressed to the person responsible for privacy. Explain whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Identity may need to be verified before records are released. Records subject to legal retention requirements cannot always be deleted on request.
Enquiry attribution
For up to 24 hours within your browser session, we remember the first page you visited, selected campaign labels and the referring website’s hostname. If you submit an enquiry, these help us understand how you found us. We do not include the referring page’s path, calculator values or financial inputs. We do not send these interaction events to an external analytics service.
Browser preferences
Your selected province, light/dark theme and motion preference are remembered in this browser. Your province changes regional website content and prefills the closing-cost calculator and consultation form. You can change it at any time. This does not use your location or submit an enquiry.
Calculators and links
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted with an enquiry. External links have their own privacy practices. The site does not currently install advertising trackers; the hosting service may use essential authentication and security cookies.
